I also spotted silverfish during the night, making the place feel a bit less than fresh. the airport shuttle fees were unexpectedly increased without prior notice, feeling a tad exploitative.

the shower in my room was an absolute disaster, I could smell something unpleasant wafting throughout my stay. I also found the noise from the celebrations very annoying—next time, please do a better job at managing your guest’s comfort, I expected a complimentary upgrade or a bit of pampering, but obviously that’s too much for you to manage.
